This is Mikko. Mikko was homeless and scared. Now Mikko is spoiled rotten and loves his kitty brother and sister!

Riley is considered a red-head. She is beautiful and smart. She can sit, stay, shake, lay down, roll-over, and fetch. Sometimes with fetch she doesn't want to come back with the toy. It's cute! She is a family dog and loves the kids. She walks really nicely on her leash and she is pretty much potty trained. We all love her very much and I know she loves us too!

Found abandoned by their mother on October 14, my cousin and his parents took Chloe and her brother in and tried to find homes for them. Her blue and white brother quickly found a home, and I cleverly managed to get Chloe into our family, her coming home with us on October 21st. She’s a blue tortie tabby with white, and quite a bit of trouble, but also the sweetest thing. She’s approaching nine weeks or so in this photo.

I adopted Edward Clarence Dewberry because he was a "special" little man. When he was little he injured his back feet and about two weeks after I adopted him I had his back leg amputated. Having three legs hasn't stopped him from being a happy crazy puppy. He loves his squeaky cow cow toy, chew-chews, and shoes! In true Lab fashion he eats anything within his reach including bugs, leaves, and once five bobbins of thread. When he is not trying to play with his greyhound buddies he loves napping under the my computer chair. He has just started swimming in the creek and finds it amusing, even venturing into the "deep end". He knows how to sit and lie down for yummy treats. We are having trouble with potty training because he can't go up and down the stairs fast enough, but we are working hard on it. He is my little shadow and I am so honored to have him. Edward is a wonderful little "tri-paw" and he wants to let everyone know that your puppy doesn't have to be perfect to be great.

Taken back in spring of ‘07, this is my cat Meer who I miss dearly! He stayed with my parents when I moved out on my own. Little Meer had about 100 names before we finally decided on one for him! He’s been Samuel L. Jackson, King Leonidas, and “That Cat”. We thought he would remain nameless forever, but the nickname of Meer stuck with him! I bet you can guess, it’s because he’s a real talker!

Yogi is a long haired dachshund. Yogi is the friendliest dog I've ever met and can leap into my arms from the floor when I come home -- an eight pound dog knocking over a 200 pound man! We found him on a road trip to Yellowstone, which is how he got his name. Yogi spends every afternoon at the off leash park, and his favorite playmates include all sausage shaped dogs including dachshunds, basset hounds, and corgis.

Hermes is just seven weeks old in this picture. He was one of a litter of four boys. Hermes is a silver-shaded purebred American Shorthair. His fur is very thick, almost like having two coats, and his cute feet are all black on the bottom! He is very expressive with his body and tail, and often gives us “drive-by” full-body nudges as he passes through the room.

Cooper's favorite things to eat are: everything! He is very intelligent and will do tricks endlessly, mostly for Cheerios (which we use to train him or he would weigh 200 pounds). He is a sweet boy and doesn't realize his size. He is eager to please. His favorite companion is Lily, our other goldendoodle. They were born the same week but have different parents. Cooper has huge feet and long poodle legs. His fur is developing a curly texture and he has grown a beard and the "V" of fur on his face common to goldendoodles. Their fur appearance is supposed to keep changing up to their first birthday, so who knows what he will look like in the end! One thing is for sure, he is a handsome dog!

Meet Feeny. He is Momma’s little helper, doing the laundry without me even having to ask! Let’s just ignore the small fact that he chose the potty to do it in. Feeny was adopted from a shelter when he was young. He was very skittish and scared for months, but the more we showered him with love, the more he gave back. Now he is the perfect gentleman, although he still has a mischievous side that will never go away! That’s okay, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Draco came into my life just two weeks ago, yet I don't remember how I used to get through life without him. He's amazing! Each morning he greets me with a tail wagging and a face full of kisses, and as if that is not enough, he is very calm and content to just sit in his bed and chew his toys. I was pleasantly surprised when this already adorable dog proved to be even more amazing with his potty training skills. Not once has he made a mistake in the house. When Draco is not napping (his favorite past time) he loves to grab rugs around the house and come show me his new finds. He may just be another chow chow puppy, but to me he is a true best friend!
