Zella is quite possibly the friendliest American bulldog puppy ever. During her walks she needs to say "hi" to each and every person. Depending on how busy the Chicago sidewalks are, it could take about an hour to go around one block. Her hobbies include playing tug with her pink pig, chewing on Mom and Dad's toes and pant legs, biting sticks, snuggling on the couch, stealing clothes out of the hamper and getting a tan on the roof. Her dislikes are walks in the rain, not saying "hi" to everyone on her walk and her reflection off all the kitchen appliances. Her best friends are Ziggy (English bulldog), Mia (beagle mix) and Lucy (Maltese). Zella rocks at puppy preschool and is first in her class. Mom and Dad couldn't be prouder of our little munchkin.

These beautiful kittens were live-trapped out of a storm drain pipe along with one additional sister and their mom. They only knew one direction and that was backwards. You would put them on the floor and they would put it in reverse as this was the only way back into the drain pipe. All three of the kittens eyes are extremely crossed and not centered correctly but what dolls!

Dudley Phillip, also called "Duddle the Puddle," is a rescue from the St. Louis Senior Dog Project. From the very first day, he hit it off with his new big brother, Marvin, a two-year-old border collie mix. After their morning walk, the boys spend most of their days wrestling, napping, or chewing on each others' tails and toys. Dudley is especially fond of sticks, leaves, and acorns, and he can down a bowl of food in the blink of an eye. He already knows how to sit, come, and is perfecting the art of walking on a leash. With two such fabulous pups, we're beginning to think our life skill is providing a home for the cutest canines on the planet.

I was found at one week old, along with my mom and two siblings, as a stray in Los Angeles. I spent my first 12 weeks in a shelter but now I have a nice home and lots of love to give.

We've had Beasley for a little more than a month, and it's amazing what a big personality he has developed in such a short time! His favorite things include chewing on Dingos, any fuzzy toy that squeaks (especially Bob the chicken) and sticks from the yard. Beasley loves to cuddle and enjoys watching squirrels from the living room. He loves to play hide and seek in the morning while mom is getting ready, and enjoys watching TV when his family is at work. He has lots of neighbor friends who love him because of his unique coloring. Beasley has asked that we participate in the local Dog-n-Jog one-mile walk this summer, and is anxious for this big social outing. We're so lucky to have this truly beautiful baby. He couldn't have come at a more perfect time!

This picture is of Mr Moo, who is a crossbreed from the Wirral on Merseyside. He does have certain charateristics of a maine coon now he has grown a bit, but we don’t have any evidence of a definitive breed. This picture was taken a few days after we had brought him home when he had already started to claim the furniture. Mr Moo loves cameras, he always poses and usually looks directly at the lens. Some have even said he is too pretty to be a boy!

We got Cassie from a kennel for my birthday when she was 12 weeks old. She's got the nicest temperament, all sweet and cuddly. She eats pretty much anything but isn't a big fan of dog food. We tried to make her sleep in the dog bed but now she sleeps with me. She prefers people and horses to dogs for some reason and is very humanized. We hope to train her to be a therapy pet in the future.

My four siblings and I were three weeks old when we arrived at our foster home. Our mom was nowhere to be found so a kind person brought us to the MSPCA. We were tiny, we were scared, and we were hungry! We’re not called the Screaming Meemees for nothing you know. When we are hungry (and we are hungry every 4-6 hours) we scream at the top of our little lungs “Feed MEEEE!!!”. You would be surprised how loud and piercing the sound from someone who weighs less than a pound can be. There are five of us so when we get going we can shatter glass!
